Vita Play By Mail: no draw/remis?

First of all, i love PureChess. A great game for PSVita.

My problem is that there is no draw option in "Play By Mail" any more.
After the update, the function seems to be disappeared.

Is this a bug?

I will be grateful if someone can help me.

I'm not sure what you mean, could you explain exactly what is missing and where it was previously?

It took care of itself. I have found offer draw. It was my own stupidity.
