Update Error (8002AE22) - 1.02

Hi guys. I also tried several times this weekend and had no success. I downloaded it again twice and install everything again and the same error is repeated in the same order, install the first updat of four (1/4) and when it install the second (2/4)the error occurs. It is very annoying tobuy an original game and not get to play, please see if you can solve it as soon as possible, thanks.

We have received more information regarding this issue and it's a little more complicated than we'd first thought. Could anyone experiencing the problem please private message me and provide your PSN account name. I'll be forwarding the information on to the tech guys at Sony that'll deal with you directly (they may require your e-mail address too).

Hey guys, no news yet about the problem? Two weeks have passed since I contacted the problem for you. Do not know if the problem is with you, or with the Sony ... just know you're in this together, and should have already solved the problem ... I paid for the game and I intend to use it completely, playing online with my friends, but without this update, I'm not getting. I paid for something I'm not getting using.

I asked for players experiencing the problem to send me information via private message - I didn't realise you'd posted your details here so I will send them on - thanks.

I can tell you that the problem almost definitely doesn't lie with us and we believe it's an issue with the distribution of the patch in your particular location. If you could please confirm where you're from I believe it'd be helpful. Sony are aware of it and they are doing what they can to ensure all regions test the updates. I totally understand your frustration but unfortunately it's out of my hands and I can only wait to hear whether or not they've solved the problem.

I'm from the state of Santa Catarina - Brazil.
I registered in the U.S. PSN, because Sony has not released the PSN in Brazil.
When I buy games and download games demo version, I use this account American. Thus I bought the game Hustle Kings.

I do not know what you did, just know that it worked and I am grateful for that . Now just wait for the PSN back to work (as it is in maintenance) to start playing online. Thanks guys.
